Whereas drywall construction can produce mountains of debris IMT Modular Walls can be realigned and reconfigured without producing any waste. In addition IMT packaging materials are easily recycled.

Full interoperability between components means IMT Modular Walls are easily reconfigured and repurposed. Even if you should relocate they can be used to build out your new office space.

IMT Modular Wall steel components are composed of 8% post-consumer and 33% post-industrial materials. Aluminum components are 13% post-consumer and 48% post-industrial and wood claddings are 3% post-consumer and 33% post-industrial recycled materials.

IMT Modular Walls are manufactured in our North York, Ontario facility with most raw materials being locally sourced.

IMT Modular Walls are available with a variety of wood components and finishes that provide myriad design possibilities. All forestry products used in the construction of IMT Modular Walls are FSC Canada certified.

Credit 3.1 Indoor Air Quality Management Plan: During Construction 1 Point
When compared to drywall and other traditional construction methods IMT Prefabricated Modular Walls eliminate nearly all dust, debris and other emissions from the construction process.
